According to Anmum Materna’s Trimester guide for Mom, One of the things expectant women experience during pregnancy are contractions. A contraction is the rhythmic tightening of your belly- a spasm that feels a lot like stomach ache. It can radiate from the lower back and around the belly. You have been experiencing practice contractions called “Braxton Hicks”. But, a labor contraction is longer–lasting and causes more discomfort. Wow! This scares me and even worried me. In my present condition, I am definitely experiencing Braxton Hicks Contractions most of the time. And, It was a very uncomfortable feeling. Sometimes you hold your stomach up for seconds there to help let go of the pain or something. Is exercise help lessen contraction during labor? I should know that by now LOL!...
